How do we bear witness? How do we respect uncertainty? How do we acknowledge fear? How do we listen? How do we care for ourselves? In this public conversation, we ask that participants explore what “contemplative palliation” may mean for our systems of care, health care policies, research, and developing technology? What does it mean to create a “culture of palliation”? What does caring for the dying teach us about how to best live and grow as a community? What do we value most?
