Dr. Lisa Dolling is a philosopher of science specializing in the philosophy of quantum theory and the intersection of science and the humanities. Until recently she served as Provost and Senior Vice President and Professor of Philosophy at Rosemont College (PA). Prior to that she held senior administrative positions at Manhattanville College , Stevens Institute of Technology, and St. John's University, where she directed a project in Science and Religion. Dr. Dolling holds a B.A. from Manhattanville College, an M.A. from Fordham University, and an M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, all in Philosophy. She also earned a Certificate of Completion from the Higher Institute of Philosophy in Leuven, Belgium (KUL). Dr. Dolling's areas of teaching and research include (in addition to the Philosophy of Science), Aesthetics, Philosophy of Film, the History of the Liberal Arts, and Feminist Theory.
